Responsibilities:

Support in planning and coordination of selected key IT projects and iniatives
Controlling and steering of deadlines, costs and qualities in the respective projects / initiatives
Resolve queries from internal or external customers or suppliers by providing information on complex processes and the related policies, referring to others where necessary for interpretation of policy.
Identify, within the team, instances of noncompliance with the organization's policies and procedures and/or relevant regulatory codes and codes of conduct, reporting these and escalating issues as appropriate.
Provide fault isolation and resolution for complex challenges to limit and address issues promptly.
Interpret data and identify possible answers. Involves navigating a wide variety of processes, procedures and precedents.
Design distribution of basic process and project resources.

Requirements:

You have a bachelor or master's degree in IT or a related field with 10+ years of experience
You have experience in leading complex projects
Supports business processes without supervision by understanding and effectively using standard office equipment and standard software packages, while providing technical guidance as needed
You have excellent oral and written communication skills in German and English at the level C1
You enjoy working in a team and this mainly in an international environment
