Asia Shipping Germany is a Brazilian company and works mainly with exports to Brazil and Latin America


Your Responsibilities

• Utilization of all approved pricing tools and portals available to search for carriers and cost.
• Ensure that all costing for services are as per the service level agreement and scope of work ordered.
• Ensure you select the best service option, maximizing profitability while delivering the client's expectations.
• Ensure the utilization of minimum selling margin while providing pricing.
• Request followup information to the client on all pricing.
• Ensure that quotes are logged and recorded accurately and timely.
• Support the manager in procurement sourcing initiatives.

Qualification profile:

• Completed commercial training preferably with a focus on the logistics sector
• First professional experience in controlling, pricing, cost management and/or data analysis

- good knowledge of Excel
- good knowledge of German

• Good knowledge of written and spoken English is an advantage

You bring the following knowledge/requirements:

• Professional experience in air and sea freight import/export.
• Good MS-Office skills
• High service and customer orientation
• Flexibility, ability to work in a team, independent work style and commitment
• Knowledge of German, English, Portugues.
