THE FOLLOWING RESPONSIBILITIES ARE AWAITING YOU:

Support Commercial Excellence Department in administrative tasks such as budget, ordering, invoices and contracting follow up.
Assistance in the followup with external agencies and partners.
Support and coordination of department meetings and gatherings ( Remote/Live/Offsites ).
Other tasks might be assigned based on requirements and priorities.

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:

Enrolled student in the field of business administration, finance, marketing or equivalent advanced studies.
Very structured, organize and willing to learn skills in high paced industry.
High sense of reliability and consciousness in ways of working.
Fluent in English is a must, and proficient in German is a plus. Any other additional language is also an advantage.
Enjoy working in a team and are open to collaboration.
