RESPONSIBILITIES

Drafting, reviewing, negotiating and managing a wide variety of contracts within the chemical industry
Providing legal advice and support on a broad variety of legal matters also directly to the business and including corporate matters in an international environment (and including an LLC)
Support the preparation and followup of management and supervisory board meetings
Working with and advising business clients directly, as well as providing guidance and practical solutions in legal and compliance matters
Assist with compliance issues within the regulatory framework
Working closely with the General Counsel to maintain good legal & compliance processes and manage risk
Planning, preparation, implementation and conducting compliance audits
Potentially after "trainingonthejob" independent assumption of tasks in the field of foreign trade compliance and/or intellectual property management
Management of company insurances

REQUIREMENTS:

Successfully completed legal or business law studies
At least two years of professional experience in an international environment desirable
Fluency in English and German
Excellent communication and analytical skills
