We are looking for a

Scientist (Bachelor or Master's level) (f/m/d):

Specialization: with good command of Python programming and basic understanding of linear algebra, for a project involving 3D data analyses for fluorescence images.
Limitation: initially for a period of six months
Working period: Parttime
Tariff: Entgelt nach TV-L

Good mathematical understanding of linear algebra
Interest in 3D data
Python programming
Deep learning frameworks like PyTorch or Tensorflow (not an absolute requirement, but this is desirable)
Experience with computer vision and artificial intelligence
Good English communication skills
