Your Role- Take over production role in product projects within the lifecycle management- Work with outsourced production partners within projects- Steer the design transfer process from change request to implementation with internal and external stakeholders- Lead smaller product change projects- Support continuous improvement of operations processes- Prepare and perform supplier meetings- Prepare action plans with production partners incl.
execution, and follow up tracking- Check production capacities on a regular basis with suppliersYour Profile- A completed Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Quality Management or others related to Business and Operations Management and interested in a dual Master's degree- Strong analytical skills as well as strong communication skills and customer orientation- Independent, detailed and systematic way of working- Hands-on mentality, solution oriented and a creative mindset- Very good MS Office skills (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Teams)- Very good communication skills in German and English, written and verbally
