ResponsibilitiesLeading large scale global strategic corporate projects including inorganic opportunities through all phases (including identifying, evaluating, negotiating and execution)

Ensuring successful project delivery in line with the broader objectives of Fresenius initiatives
Managing project plans and reporting status to executive leadership
Working closely with functional leads, business owners, regional heads and collaborating with global cross functional teams to deliver on corporate projects through due diligence, business case development, board approvals and execution
Leading internal strategic corporate portfolio analysis and recommendation of new business areas, target evaluations, scenario planning and modeling activities
Acting as an overall liaison and coordinator of internal approvals for projects as needed from Fresenius Kabi and Fresenius management committees for the larger global M&A team based out of the USA

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in a scientific/technical/finance field required. MBA strongly preferred.

Several years of experience with a minimum of 3 years in Business Development, M&A, Strategy or business analytics functions
Experience in the healthcare industry is a strong advantage
Strong understanding of financial statements and their business impact
Demonstrated success in managing multiple projects and/or programs in a highly complex matrix organization
Proven ability to think analytically and execute on a project while leading cross functional teams
High degree of resilience and commitment as well as an independent, self reliant and solution oriented way of working and an entrepreneurial way of thinking
Fluent in English (oral and written) and ideally also in German as well as project related willingness to travel
Excellent oral/written communication and presentation skills
