Your tasks

Isolation, characterization, and preparation of phages for potential therapeutic use
Studying how phages interact with their target bacteria in both in vitro and in vivo
Studying the impact of phage infection on gut bacterial communities' composition in Robogut
Evaluating the efficacy of phage based tools for engineering the human microbiome in ex vivo

Profile:

Student of Life Scienes (incl. Biology, Microbiology, Biochemistry and Biotechnology)
Good written and spoken English skills
Immatriculation in a German University
Willingness to learn
