Job Description:

Create and assign record numbers as applicable
Scan and upload Manufacturing records in the applicable repositories
Organize and archive of paper based records
Update record control lists as applicable
Upload and update metadata for deviation records in corresponding repository
Perform data analytics on issues encountered during the review of records
Assist in other projects as necessary
Ability to read and understand Quality Regulations and Requirements
Ability to read and evaluate records to assess Good Documentation Practices for Manufacturing DHR

Job Requirements- Enrolled student in technical studies in Germany- Proficient in utilizing business tools such as: E-mail, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint- Attention to details and excellent proof reading skills- Fluent in English and German- Preferred to have experience with good understanding of Quality Management Systems and first experience of SAP or equivalent ERP product- Your availability should allow for 16-20 hours/ week, with an option to work up to 40 hours/ week during semester breaks- This job requires presence at the company headquarters in Troisdorf, arrangement of mobile office options are possible
