About the team
Deutsche Bank is exposed to a number of risks on a daily basis. The Risk function has group-wide responsibility for the management and control of all credit, market & operational risks. Credit Risk Management (CRM) is an independent credit approval and monitoring function within Deutsche Bank.

The CRM ABS Berlin Team is a specialized credit team within Risk which covers a diverse portfolio of Securitization facilities in conjunction with global CRM ABS teams.

Your key responsibilities

Focus on higher complexity processes requiring detailed interpretation / understanding of information provided to formulate required recommendations on existing Banking Book securitization transactions, adhering to core guidelines set out within agreed procedures.
Handling and monitoring of a defined portfolio of Securitization facilities, including preparation and submission of credit and rating reviews for existing transactions, recommending / presenting amendments to existing transactions, review and running of complex cash flow models and onboarding of new transactions. Providing credit approval of credit and rating reviews in line with applicable credit authority levels and taking essential credit decisions on the basis of information made available.
Fronttoback ownership of portfolio stress testing for assigned asset class model including data gathering, input of model assumptions, model running and results analysis.
Develop working relationships with the respective credit risk, infrastructure functions (e.g. Finance, Risk Methodologies, Credit Ops) and front office teams. Coordination and attendance at scheduled meetings and telephone conferences; may involve presentation of work results to decisionmakers/work groups.
Support internal/external audit request and ensure adherence to regulatory/ audit requirements.

Your skills and experiences

Competencies: Excellent oral and written communication skills (English is essential), strong analytical and organizational skills, advanced IT skills especially in Microsoft Excel and/or VBA, relevant experience in risk control function/credit analysis, ability to cope with large data volumes
Personal characteristics: Ability to work independently and as part of a team, detailedfocused and able to present information in a structured, clear and concise way, high degree of selfmotivation and selfinitiative
