Your Tasks:

Leading and managing a passionate and high performing team of data analysts in a challenging environment
Working closely with our data engineers, tracking specialists and web developers to ensure a high quality of data
Strong understanding of Customer Journey data and Web Tracking concepts
Defining key performance indicators, identifying the correct data sources and connecting them by retrieving data via SQL (mainyl BigQuery) and setting up dynamic reports and dashboards in a cost efficient way
Preparing proactive analyses to continuously identify areas for improvement in our webshops / modules / components and online product areas

Your Profile:

First servant leadership skills to motivate and grow people / coaching capabilities
Experience in an engineering / technology role ideally in agile product environments / teams
Excellent knowledge of Google BigQuery, DataForm and other relevant Google Cloud products
Strong problemsolving skills and focus on continuous improvement and innovation
Very good written and spoken English skills (German is a plus)
