We are an online tour operator with our own à la carte travel platform, which makes it easier for end customers and travel consultants to plan trips.

We make tailor-made travel planning simple and attractive by offering an easy-to-use website, real-time availability, attractive rates, high-quality services, expert advisors, first-class customer service and over 80 destinations.

The Internship:

We are looking for you as an ambitious intern to help us improve
the Worldia product portfolio and support our customers in every
process of travel planning and execution.

Your Tasks:
Your main focus will be on the operational aspect, however you will

also gain insights into allother areas of Worldia, such as sales, travel

consulting, marketing, business development, human resources and

much more

You will be in regular contact with our product providers and partners
You will be processing bookings with various service providers.
You will execute internal and external booking processes.
You will create and revise individual travel documents for our customers

Your Profile:

You are studying tourism management or a comparable (BA) degree program and would like to complete your (mandatory) internship (at least 5 months) with us
You live in Berlin or are willing to move to Berlin.
You have very good written and spoken English skills.
You are motivated, committed and keen to get to know the tourism industry better
You work independently, in a structured manner and are oriented towards high quality standards
You are not afraid to pick up the phone and enjoy talking to customers and partner.
