As HR Business Partner at Mercedes Benz Mobility - OneHub you will be part of a agile international team and will contribute to all relevant HR measures for the execution of the Global Operation Transformation.

You will support the set-up of a new HR structure and will be involved in all project work necessary.

**Your in detail: - Strategic consultation and operative support in the role as HR Business Partner

  • Conception and start of implementation of projects
  • Development and introduction of international HR concepts
  • Creation of documents to support decisions and visualize processes & definitions
  • Creation and support of implementation of HR development concepts
  • Implementation of meetings, workshops and steering committees
  • Preparation of communication and presentation documents for management

Qualifikationen:

**What you should bring: - Degree in economics or completed vocational training

  • Several years of experience in HR in multinational companies, preferrably as HR Business Partner
  • Experience in setting up new business areas as well as legal entity management
  • Knowledge of HR development
  • Experience in Project Management
  • Advanced knowledge in MS Office
  • Fluent English and German is an advantage
  • Communication skills
  • Interpersonal & intercultural skills
  • Experienced in working in dynamic, multinational work environment
  • Experience in transformation & change management is an advantage
