Your role

We're looking for an AML transaction monitoring specialist to:
act as lead partner for the AI/ML development teams as well as Audit / MRMC Responses

- act as our in-house anti-money laundering transaction monitoring ML/AI SME
- make sure our audit / regulatory responses are coordinated and aligned globally
- ensure globally consistent Governance, risk appetite, monitoring standards
- support ongoing client, regulatory and audit requirements on regular and ad-hoc basis

Your team

Your expertise

You have:
4 plus years of experience in Anti Money Laundering (AML) and/or Transaction Monitoring risk function in the Financial Services Industry

- experience within AML concepts and statical concepts around Transaction Monitoring Risk Mitigation
- experience with stakeholder management across all levels of seniority
- ability to adapt and network across a global organization to meet competing but equally important priorities
- excellent pro-active communication skills
- experience in Financial Crime risk management, audit or compliance is a plus
- proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- good record keeping and reporting skills
- analytical background, attention to detail, planning and execution skills

You are:

- analytic, with the ability to provide practical solutions for minimizing risk
- able to explain and present concepts in simple terms to facilitate collaboration
- analyze a problem, take a view and propose solutions
- result-oriented and assertive (you don't shy away from challenging situations)
- a great communicator also in virtual teams
- fluent English skills (oral & written); Knowledge of other languages and cultures is an advantage
- known for having a strong attention to detail and strong research capability
