Deputy Director (M/F/d) Customer Project Support (CPS) Global Engineering:

DEPARTMENT:

YOUR TASKS

Management of a platform organization with about 3 Departments and 80 to 100 employees together with the Director of CPS
Drive projects in regard of product improvements and customer adaptations
Support the project execution in the company with the competence areas in Engineering in the background
Define and optimize processes in the Engineering and optimize interfaces towards the value chain
Define and optimize the cooperation in the matrix organization of the Engineering
Create an effective cooperation over the 3 counties
Germany, India and Spain where the Engineering is located
Support the development of the Engineering organization together with the management team

YOUR PROFILE

Engineering degree or similar
Several years experiences experience in a leading position
Interest and experience in defining stable processes for cooperation with other organizational units
Good understanding of turbine technology and certification process
Experience in project management and portfolio management
Good understanding of Enterprise Resource Planning systems and Product Lifecycle Management systems
Highly devoted to people

Nice to have:

Basic IP knowledge (patents, infringement, IP agreements in partnerships)
