Your tasks:

Lead the central data organization and build a highperforming, topskilled central data team
Be responsible for the data infrastructure and data platform
Chair data councils and conduct regular pulse checks on the maturity of data capability
Provide updates on data use case portfolio and key initiatives to line manager and board members
Advocate New Work as a strong data player to the outside market

Your skills:

Strong technical

- and data-related background

Experience in deriving business strategy into data strategy
Proven experience in settingup stateoftheart data governance policies, data quality measures, data mesh architectures, and processes
Strong communication skills and stakeholder management
Strong enablement of executive board members to take the groups data strategy to the next level
Empowerment of all organizational units to execute the group's data strategy

You will be responsible for leading the central data organization, for data excellence in all areas, and for spreading the data culture. Establish processes and practices to drive data quality and improve crossfunctional collaboration.
