As OEMs develop new vehicle platforms from the ground up, ECARX is developing a full-stack solution - central computer, System-on-a-Chip (SoCs) and software to help continuously improve the in-car user experience.

ECARX was founded in 2017 and has grown to almost 2,000 team members.

The co-founders are two automotive entrepreneurs, Chairman and CEO Ziyu Shen, and Eric Li (Li Shufu), who is also the founder and chairman of Zhejiang Geely Holding Group - one of the largest automotive groups in the world, with ownership interests in international brand OEMs including Lotus, Lynk & Co, Polestar, smart and Volvo Cars.


Our rapidly growing team is looking for an Executive Assistant to work in our international business unit, based in Stuttgart, Germany.

Executive Assistant to President, International


Responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement operational processes and procedures to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
  • Monitor and analyse operational performance, identifying areas of improvement and implementing solutions.
  • Manage and maintain confidential information, including contracts, legal documents and personnel files.
  • Manage the daytoday operations of the office, budget and supplies and socials.
  • Manage and maintain calendars, scheduling meetings and appointments as needed.
  • Arrange complex travel, including flights, hotels and transportation, and prepare travel itineraries, being able to work with a high degree of flexibility to changing schedules.
  • Monitor office performance and make recommendations for improvement. Perform other adhoc other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • 46yrs experience operating as an Executive Assistant.
  • B2 German minimum
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
  • Experience working with international travel and senior executives
  • Knowledge of travel booking platforms such as NEO, TravelPerk etc.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to prioritise a diverse set of tasks
  • Deep understanding in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of office policies and procedures.
  • Experience working in multiple languages a plus, particularly Mandarin.
