TRAINEE HUMAN RESOURCES INTERNATIONAL IN GLOBAL CERTIFIED - LEARNING & DEVELOPMENT (M/F/X)
The department Global Certified falls within the Supply Chain division.

The team helps to build and drive the culture at DHL Supply Chain Through Certified learning & development programs and products, the global team is responsible for learning and development content creation, governance, strategy and empowering employees to be the best that they can be.

Your tasks

Review and research of existing learning & development content for changes
PowerBI reporting assessment of existing reports and creation of new reports
Maximizing digital tool usage within training modules

Your profile

Graduation (Bachelor or Master) in logistics/supply chain management, human resources, international business, media & communication, learning & development or language & cultural science before October 1st, 202
First professional experience (up to 3 years) in the area of a global organization, international experience preferred
Fluent English skills
Motivated team player with can do attitude
Very good communication skills and process driven
High level of organizational skills and owninitiative
