Responsibilities:

Head of the Compliance & Risk Management Team (1 MA) as a shared service of the Freudenberg Chemical Specialities Business Group (Division of the Freudenberg Group)
Responsibility for the Compliance Management System and its further development as Compliance Officer and Money Laundering Officer of the Business Group
Responsibility for the structural and operational implementation of the Supply Chain Due Diligence Act in the Business Units as Business Group Delegate for the Group Human Rights Officer
Responsibility for the Business Group's data protection management system (appointed data protection officers are external service providers)
Responsibility for the Business Group's contract management and risk management

Qualifications:

Degree in business administration, commercial law, law or a related field of study 5 years of professional experience in an internationally operating business enterprise or equivalent experience in the areas of compliance is desirable (in particular antitrust law, bribery prevention, money laundering prevention, product safety), supply chain compliance, contract management, data protection and enterprise risk management
Leadership experience
Experience in enforcing compliance management systems in decentralised structures and shared service organisations
Strongly developed cooperation skills and target grouporiented thinking
Strong personal sovereignty, integrity and credibility
Ability to deal with ambivalences and to react quickly & flexibly to new situations
Strong and proven ability to deal with conflict
