An unserer Firmenzentrale in Neuwied produzieren wir High-Tech-Klebebänder für die Industrie im engen Verbund mit unseren rund 1.900 Kollegen und Kolleginnen weltweit in über 20 Ländern der Erde.
Ihre Aufgaben
· Sie entwickeln Rezepturen von Klebemassen, beschichten diese im Labormaßstab zu Klebebandmustern und führen die Prüfungen durch.
· Sie erstellen Versuchspläne, führen diese durch und werten sie aus. Dazu recherchieren sie bekannte und neue Rohstoffe und bauen darauf auf.
· Nach erfolgreichem Labormaßstab führen Sie das Upscaling bis zur Produktionsreife durch.
· Sie dokumentieren Ihre Ergebnisse im Labormanagementsystem.
Ihr Profil
· Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium (Master) der Fachrichtung Polymerwissenschaften, Chemie oder Materialwissenschaften
· Fundierte Kenntnisse auf dem Gebiet der polymeren Materialien.
· Erfahrung mit Haftklebstoffen und Viskoelastizität von Vorteil.
· Erfahrung mit Bestrahlungstechnologien (UV, Elektronenstrahl) von bahnförmigen Materialien von Vorteil
· Motivation zur marktnahen und kostenorientierten Produktentwicklung vom Labor bis zur Produktionsreife.
· Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit in deutsch und englisch in interdisziplinären Teams
