The Infrastructure & Information Security IT function at Allianz Technology SE is responsible for the delivery of shared services globally and drive transformation and innovation activities in these areas across the Allianz Group.

Areas of responsibility include datacenter
- and cloud services, network services, workplace services, information security as well as the regional set-up across the globe.

Key Responsibilities

Proactively ensuring that the Executive Management Team (EMT) member is at all times prepared for upcoming meetings, presentations, and discussions, as well as enabling and equipping their EMT member for all topics related to the function both in terms of content, planning and communications
Complex task management with tight deadlines, multiple stakeholder management, project management with multiple entities needed for project rollout, and the need to analyze and challenge Allianz Technology topics and content
Support the steering and project management of all major EMT member projects and requests to ensure that the delivery of content and logistics are ontime and of great quality
Supporting the function as the main point of contact for incoming requests related to the function with the ability to coordinate, gather, and distribute the correct content for project execution and deliverable signoffs within IF

Key Requirements/Skills/Experience

Detailed knowledge of and experience in the Allianz Group and Allianz Technology customers, services & processes is required as well as fluent English and German (written and spoken) in both business and technical context
Ability to communicate effectively across all levels of corporate hierarchy, with both IT and business managers; High affinity for technology and infrastructure security, at the same good business acumen and strong financial understanding
Academic qualification, preferably in IT or economics/business administration with a IT affinity, as well as project management experience (at least 3 years of professional experience)
Excellent analytical and communication skills, as well as very good Microsoft Office skills, with advanced Microsoft Powerpoint knowledge
Ability to work independently and accurately, to organize and prioritize multiple tasks in a structured and reliable way, and to work well under time pressure
