YOUR ROLE:


  • Plan and support of technical visits (meetings, audits, demonstrations), trainings and customer communication
  • Leverage customer feedback to drive optimization in customer experience
  • Drive customer experience by optimizing automated customer interactions and enhancing remote customer interactions
  • Develop and evaluate KPIs on visits and training at global ACM Appl Eng sites, with the publication n of regularly updates such as newsletters
  • Coordination of customer events, catering, room booking
  • Identify opportunities to create customer value in remote settings by leveraging remote interaction tools (e.g. video equipment)
  • Responsible for directly communicating with sales, marketing, PD, Innovation, members of AE field team or project team members
  • Promote internally SBU innovations and best learnings cross accounts
  • Procurement/purchasing of lab related orders

YOUR SKILLS:


  • Successfully completed bachelor's degree in event management or communications management or a similar field
  • At least 5 years of professional experience in a relevant field
  • Analytical skills together with a high level of results orientation
  • Experience in project management
  • Confident in the use of the Office 365 package
  • Communication and organizational skills as well as assertiveness
  • High customer orientation, feeling for customer needs and wishes
  • Proactive way of working with strong team skills
  • Good German and English skills
