Job Description:


What we are looking for

Financial Reporting

  • Prepare and present accurate financial statements in a timely manner
  • Provide insights into financial performance, on an adhoc basis, to aid in decisionmaking and strategic planning

Budgeting and Forecasting

  • Develop, monitor, and update the strategic plan as well as the annual budget in collaboration with department heads and senior management.
  • Provide financial projections and analysis to support longterm financial planning and business growth.
  • Analyse budget variances and provide recommendations for cost control and optimization.

Systems and Process Improvement

  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of financial operations.
  • Evaluate and recommend financial software solutions to streamline reporting and analysis.

Qualifications:


Your profile

  • Previous experience in Controlling or Investment Banking
  • Excellent analytical, problemsolving, and criticalthinking skills
  • Experience with advanced Excel functions is essential for this role
  • Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems; Knowledge of Workday is beneficial
  • You thrive in dynamic environments and are able to be an agent of change within and beyond the corporate function
  • Fluency in English. German and French are a big plus
