The following challenges await you:


  • As (Co) Lead Digital Customer Experience you will manage the digital customer experience team in daily tasks, setting work priorities and ensuring the team's objectives are met in a timely manner.
  • You will lead and manage technical development and operations of customer facing IT systems & projects along the customer journey (CMS, CRM, Web shop, etc.) including responsibility for budget.
  • Furthemore, you will develop an outstanding Customer Experience IT Architecture based on stateoftheart architecture principles and latest innovations.
  • You develop and implement a digital customer experience strategy for our portfolio companies that encompasses all digital contact points to drive customer satisfaction and engagement.
  • You manage stakeholders on all levels of the organization, including top management.
  • Last but not least you will collaborate with crossfunctional teams, such as marketing, sales, and service in group functions and in our operating companies.

Your Profile:


  • At least 35 years of experience in a technical leadership role within a customer experience, digital consulting or related team.
  • Deep knowledge of digital transformations within the B2B space and track record of managing large scale digital transformations
  • Solid understanding of customer centric IT systems (CRM systems, CMS, Web shop, etc.).
  • Proficient in data analysis and performance metrics
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal and leadership skills to guide team members and interact with customers effectively.
  • A strong problemsolving approach, with the ability to make sound decisions in a fastpaced environment.
