Key Responsibilities:


  • Support in the coordination, production, enhancement, governance and execution Treasury RRP deliverables as part of CGME's multiannual Resolvability Work Programme.
  • Scenario generation, liquidity indicators calibration, and liquidity forecasting and analysis as part of the annual Recovery Plan process.
  • MREL planning, calibration and forecasting as part of the periodic Internal Capital Adequacy Assessment Process (ICAAP), annual Strategic Planning process and Recovery Planning process.
  • Writing and development of key documents and memorandums for submission to regulators.
  • Contribution to CGME's Annual Pillar 3 disclosures. Active participation in tabletop exercises and dryruns conducted locally by CGME or as part of the Citigroup Recovery and Resolution Planning workslate.
  • Actively managing regulatory, internal liquidity, funding and capital metrics (RLAP/RLEN/RCAP/RCEN/MREL).
  • Playing a key role in driving compliance and regulatory change; providing policy expertise to support BRRD2 and SRB's Expectations for Banks including MREL implementation and daily monitoring as well as regulatory interaction where appropriate
  • Executing and monitoring Treasury policies; inclusive of control, management and monitoring of risk.
  • Participation in the Regulatory Developments process of the entity. Coordinating and running presentations to senior stakeholders and strategic input as well as regulatory interaction where appropriate
  • Support the design and execution of regulatory workshops
  • Execution of project implementations; ongoing review and development of current processes to increase efficiency.
  • Ensuring a robust control environment as well as successful internal and external audit/reviews.
  • Provide ad hoc support around other key deliverables of Treasury RRP and CGME Management Board

Qualifications:


  • Extensive experience working for a financial institution or a consulting firm specialising in projects related to financial institutions.
  • Experience in the development or execution of a Resolvability Self Assessment and/or development or execution of a Resolvability Work Programme is a plus.
  • Experience preparing and drafting of documents for submission to regulators, senior management or key stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to deal with ambiguity, quickly grasp relevant new concepts in a fastpaced environment and change.
  • Must be comfortable reading through and understanding regulations and supplementary regulatory guidance.
  • Critical Thinking: leverage analytics, benchmarking, and insights to generate meaningful financial strategies and solutions.
  • Strong presentation skills coupled with proven PowerPoint and Excel skills.
  • Prior experience in a regulated environment is an advantage. Experience in capital planning and management for a bank including participation in the ICAAP is preferred.
  • Business analysis and project management experience is advantageous

Education:


  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field preferred
