For Hamburg Headquarters we are recruiting a
Operations Coordinator (M/F/d) Cruises & Ferries
Your new job includes

As Operations Coordinator (M/F/d) in the sales area "Cruises & Ferries" you will be responsible for ensuring troublefree operations on board the assigned cruise ships with regard to cash register systems, SAP, IT, logistics, etc. and will be in charge of organizing and handling the supply of goods to a Jeweler License Shop. In particular you will handle the direct delivery of the jeweler's goods to the ships, including article creation, price maintenance, orders, returns and obtaining the necessary product certificates

- prepare the annual meetings for the license partner
- check and, if necessary, correct cash register data and SAP bookings
- support the route evaluation of all ships in a preparatory way
- enter route and plan figures in the system
- support the planning, implementation and evaluation of inventories on board all ships

What you should bring along
- a completed commercial apprenticeship, ideally first professional experience in the area of operations in the cruise liner environment
- experience with cash register systems and logistic processes
- confident handling of the MS Office packages as well as SAP / BI
- good knowledge of the German and English language, both written and spoken
- a quick grasp, good organizational skills as well as a good understanding of systemic interrelationships
- distinct service orientation, enjoy teamwork and a desire to work internationally
