ISR serves as a one-stop-shop for Analytics, Process Digitalization, and Application Management. We are experts in modernizing digital infrastructures and solutions. We design, implement, and maintain IT architectures, software solutions, and IT infrastructures for our clients using cutting-edge technologies.
We are a team of over 250 ISR employees collaborating on an equal footing across six locations. Our aim is to sustainably enhance the competitiveness of renowned clients from various industries and prepare them for the future through diverse digitalization measures.

YOUR SKILLS

• Proficiency in solution consulting methodologies and project management.
• Embrace a digitalization mindset.
• Skilled in utilizing various documentation and communication tools adeptly, especially in remote consulting relationships with clients.
• Strong understanding of modeling, process design, and requirements management.
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, Domain-Driven Design, and modern digital business processes gained from client projects.
• Bonus: Experience in BPM, document management, or case management deployments.
