Programmatic marketing, put simply, is the process of automating the buying and selling of digital ads in real-time.

Programmatic in-housing takes this one step further by allowing advertisers to fully own the technology stack and skills required in this process.

The Team

You will work with a carefully selected, diverse and globally distributed team from customer success, engineering, data science, design, product and more.

As our Working Student, you would be part of the People & Culture team where we are taking care of talent acquisition as well as all topics along the employee lifecycle.

The Role

As our People and Culture Working Student, you will be responsible for two main topics: making our Berlin office the best place for our team as well as supporting the People & Culture team in executing exciting tasks like recruiting and onboarding.

You will gain an insight into the day-to-day business and get to know different areas of the HR work.

This position will be based in Berlin, Germany with the option to work remotely some days after the first three months have passed.

Responsibilities

• Create and coordinate events for our team and manage all types of vendors to make our office an amazing place to be
• Support the People & Culture team in onboarding our new joiners, especially helping your new colleagues from all over the world untangling Germany's bureaucratic jungle
• Support on officerelated topics and activities as necessary (e.g. offline mail, vendor handling, activity hosting, etc.)
• Be part of the initiatives to improve work experience at Kayzen: be a key member to implement Employer Branding actions, handle the daily communication around HR topics with our team, and be the main point of contact for those Kayzenians who visit us from all over the globe

Key Qualifications

• You are an enrolled student (Bachelor's or Master's) majoring in human resources, business administration, psychology or comparable
• You bring a passion for HR and / or you already have some practical experience in the field of HR / office management (experience in a fastpaced / startup environment is a big plus)
• You are computer savvy and are not afraid of finding your way into new tools
• You like to take ownership and you are characterized by your high level of motivation and energy
• Excellent organizational communication and written skills with a positive and collaborative attitude
• You feel comfortable in an international environment and you are fluent in English and German
