In this role, you will be our "Talent Ambassador" and promote Zimmer Biomet brand and our passion to alleviate pain and improve people's quality of life

This position is part of a diverse team that operates regionally and reports to the Senior Talent Acquisition Partner for the Cluster.

There will be a great potential for growth, and development with a wide scope of responsibilities.

How You Create Impact:

Be the trusted advisor on recruitment best practices, techniques, and tools
Manage end to end recruitment processes in your cluster for all position levels (region includes: Germany, Austria, Switzerland)
Partner with multiple stakeholders to create the best recruitment strategy for their open vacancies and discuss possible challenges
Promote Zimmer Biomet as employer of choice and champion our "best & Preferred place to work" initiative
Partner with Hiring Managers and to encourage hiring diverse talent and support our internal mobility through providing excellent experience for our internal talent
Ensure compliance with local Laws and regulations and Internal ZB processes and policies

What Will Make You Stand Out:

Expertise in sourcing strategy, talent attraction, selection methods
Experience in relationship building, exposure to key business stakeholders
Experience in matrix multinational matrix organization or healthcare sector is an advantage

Excellent English and German language skills
