As a Senior UX Designer you take a driving seat in bringing that vision to life for our various customers, such as agents, property managers and developers.

As an integral part of the UX team, you will work in bi-weekly discovery sprints, bringing our UX practice to world-class levels to drive the performance of our top-selling products.

As #OneTeam we will create industry-leading, intuitive and future-proof customer experiences.

How your role will look like:

Identify, prioritize and execute design and discovery initiatives in close collaboration with product / UX leadership as well as executives
Independently conduct usability studies, customer interviews, cocreation workshops, design audits and competitor analyses
Assert the implementation of designoriented changes, refinements and improvements using JTBD, journey mapping, infoarchitecture maps, flow diagrams, heuristics, etc.
Identify, own and drive design relevant KPIs for your focus projects and CSAT, NPS or CES are no strangers to you

What you need to succeed:

58 years of relevant industry experience (Tech Background and UX Research experience are a plus)
Completed design studies, but also studies in unrelated fields are highly welcome
Proficient in Figma and used to work with and develop Design Systems
Knowledge of DIN EN ISO standards, semantic design and heuristics of usercentered development
An excellent understanding of agile product development and working in Jira / Confluence
Profound experience designing for desktop and mobile as well as ability to cope with technical con
