YOUR ROLE:

Every 73 days, available medical knowledge doubles.

This means an unprecedented challenge for the healthcare industry in the form of ever-expanding amounts of data. That's where we come in.

Join RAYLYTIC and you will be an integral part in delivering life-changing therapies to patients by creating solutions that help medical device manufacturers, hospitals, and academic institutions turn data into positive outcomes.

We are currently looking for a Product Owner (f/m/d)

Your tasks:

Together with various internal teams (e.g. IT, Clinical Studies, Business Development) you will design our product roadmap and transfer it to project planning, coordination and control in accordance with agile principles.
You are in close contact with customers and partners, identify their needs and translate them into concrete requirements.
Based on this, you put together work packages, prioritize our backlog and coordinate our development team.
You work databased and have an eye for the market and our competitors.
You have a strong understanding for our product vision and will actively shape our development roadmap together with us.

YOUR PROFILE:

Degree with focus on computer science/project management/economics /engineering or comparable education
First experience in the successful project management of software products, ideally in a regulated environment (clinic, MedTech, pharmaceuticals, etc.)
Practical knowledge of agile process models (e.g. Scrum / Kanban)
Strong communication and decisionmaking skills
Keen sense and solid understanding for stakeholders and their needs
Good English skills, German is a plus
