This position is flexible and can be based in one of our EU/UK locations, however there may be times that we ask you to be attend one of our TUI offices from time to time.

Fluent in German and English.
The position will be covering maternity leave up until March 202
The position is parttime (20 hours).

ABOUT THE JOB
Responsibility for the recruiting process
Advising the hiring (international) stakeholders and HR Business Partners on the best possible sourcing approach, including channel strategy
Organisation and implementation of selection measures in the recruiting process (e.g. competence-based telephone/video interviews and job interviews, recruitment tests and assessment centres)
Publicising external content on channels such as LinkedIn that supports and promotes TUI as an attractive employer and our newly launched Employee Value Proposition (EVP)
Participation in international recruitment related

ABOUT YOU
Extensive professional experience in recruitment (in an in-house or agency role) with an understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle
Excellent verbal and written German and English skills
Very good communication skills and friendly manner
Openness in dealing with different cultures
User knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors desirable
Able to work at pace and work on multiple demands including the ability to flex and support other Talent Acquisition colleagues when required
