• This role would make you a part of our Powertrain Electrified Mobility (PEM) business unit. In PEM we research, develop and test HV components and systems for the electric powertrain of hybrid and pure electric vehicles.

• Your Mission for an Electrified Future:
• You anticipate and analyze future R&D needs and qualify new demands-
• You lead, capture, formalize and ensure convergence to digitize by coordinating local business process owners/leaders-
• Contribute actively to the convergence of processes digitization across BGs-
• You ensure mobilization and allocation of relevant BG resources for new solution definition-
• You manage and execute the adoption plan related to new solutions or capabilities deployment-
• You coordinate and ensure the readiness of solutions for R&D projects-
• You ensure and report the performance level of digital solutions, systems and related services for the BG-
• You coordinate and ensure Business Continuity Plan are managed by R&D Centers
• Your Key to Success:
• Engineering or Master degree with a technical background-
• Many years of professional experience in automotive Product/Process/Manufacturing processes-
• Experience and affinity for Digital solutions and Information systems projects and related transformation program-
• International experience in complex organization-
• Significant knowledge of norms, standards, and projects methodologies (ISO900X, GDPR, Agile, Spice, )-
• Fluent English and optional German Language knowledge
• Good to know
