The European Shared Services Retail Collections in Berlin services accounts for Germany, Spain, Italy, France, Benelux and the UK.

The focus of the Retail Collections department is loss mitigation by negotiation with our customers to reach a payment arrangement.

If payment arrangements are not possible the department is responsible for taking actions that reduces the potential credit loss for Mercedes-Benz Mobility.

We are looking for
a working student for our Collections Retail team in Berlin.

**Supporting the team within daily operational and especially administrative tasks as: - Handling mailboxes

  • Assisting Team leader and PuK on reporting
  • Other administrative tasks related with the collections activities
  • Updating data in the ITsystems

Qualifikationen:


  • Business Management/ Economy or International Finance
  • Experience in administrative task management
  • Experience in working in call center environment will be a plus, but not necessary
  • Italian on a native Speaker Level and English language skills on advanced level
  • Communication skills
  • Excel and PowerPoint will be considered a plus
  • Good teamworker, reliable and selfreliant way of working
