Our client is part of a global online classifieds group and sustainability leader with 40+ products in 15 countries and they are looking for a professional individual with people management experience to join their team as Salesforce Consulting Lead (M/F/d)

Tasks

  • Lead and develop the Sales Force Consulting team (4 FTE)
  • Local product ownership of Salesforce CRM system for the company's B2B customer base (Sales Cloud & Service Cloud)
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional Business Unit leadership team to align business needs with functional planning and prioritization
  • Key contact and coordinator for collaboration with our Amsterdambased global infrastructure team that is responsible for our Billing and CRM systems
  • Drive continuous systembased process improvements
  • Lead / supervise local implementation efforts of major CRM projects
  • Supervise support of Sales and CS teams, providing performance dashboards and reporting
  • Supervise quality monitoring of system data

Requirements:

- (Virtual) team management experience and leadership: minimum of 3-5 years

  • Passion for translating business requirements into technological solutions
  • Prior proven experience as a partner bringing together Business & Technology teams
  • Experience in navigating multiple stakeholders across a larger organizationtional team
  • Collaborative, teamoriented, serviceoriented approach to complex challenges
  • Project management knowledge, ideally experience in agile and/or crossfunctional teams
  • Strong analytical skills as well as attention to detail
  • A selfstarter personality who takes ownership and accountability
  • Experience in navigating multiple stakeholders across a larger organisation
  • Business fluency in English, German skills are a plus
