  • Keep a close eye on your metrics and guarantee the success of your recruiting activities through your datadriven approach
  • Be a trustworthy (sparring) partner for all stakeholders, challenge them if needed and take over coordination
  • You will optimize and expand our operational processes to ensure a smooth recruitment process and positive customer experience
  • Act as external brand ambassador for Tomra

Qualifications:


  • You have at least 3 years experience in inhouse recruiting, preferably in a startup or fastgrowing company
  • You'll be in touch with many different people in this position, therefore it's very important that you have excellent German & English skills
  • You have strong stakeholder management skills and are self confident to coordinate, challenge and act as sparring partner to them
  • Your analytical mindset and data driven approach helps you to make the best decisions, you are able to work independently and take full ownership and responsibility for your tasks/area
  • You are a strong communicator, know how to prioritize your daily business and have an eye for detail
  • You are able to deliver recruiting solutions to geographically distributed hiring managers while consistently provide professional customer service
  • Ability to interpret global processes, practice local operational policies, address issues, troubleshoot for resolution and escalate issues to appropriate parties as needed
