What's the role?


The roles' main purpose is to maintain and optimize the Sales & Ops and Onsite tools within the Channel Offer area, to drive the performance of DACH internal interfaces and effective data management process together with the local Sales team.

The position also plays a key role in supporting the Mobility Operations as an interface between the local and global teams to introduce any new systems, tools and procedures related to Mobility DACH data management.

Accountabilities

  • Drives execution of projects in accordance with appropriate governance structures, processes, and procedures, to ensure high stakeholder engagement and commitment
  • Monitors project status and quality regularly and documents progress in order to report achieved benefits to stakeholders, while highlighting and mitigating operational risks
  • Identifies and evaluates integration opportunities with other ongoing projects (processes, and systems) to avoid conflicts and derive mutual benefits
  • Drives creative solutions to significant, complex, nonroutine problems arising within a project
  • Coaches others on products and services portfolio, providing advice on appropriate products and services, benefits and drawbacks
  • Support the implementation of new tools needed for process optimization
  • Drive the Innovation and Continuous Improvement culture
  • Drive improvements of digital tools used by Mobility business
  • Provides recommendations around introducing innovative system and operational solutions in alignment with market and industry
  • Coaches colleagues on system and operational equipment design and shares best practices
  • Diagnoses and resolves significant, nonroutine and complex data issues independently to develop clear outcomes
  • Follows effective data interpretation and identification of insights to enhance marketing and sales activities including reporting

What we need from you

  • Degree holder or comparable qualification with commercial experience, with experience in mobility economics, operations, and technologies
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Strong commercial (and mobility) experience
  • Strong knowledge of Excel and other analytical tools, programming/automation skills are a plus
  • Excellent knowledge of mobility operations and processes across different models
  • Strong continuous improvement mindset
  • Fluent in English and German
