Your main responsibilities are to:


  • Become a core member of our sales team and be the first point of contact for HR managers who want to digitize their department
  • Take ownership to conduct market research and analyze our target groups, open up new markets and expand our impact in existing markets.
  • Conduct and continuously improve the lead qualification process for both inbound and outbound leads via cold calling, multichannel approach, social selling via cadencing, lead management, pricing negotiation etc.
  • Understand the customer's buying processes and communicate effectively with different personas (executives, HR, IT and others).
  • You generate content (webinars, videos, etc.) that creates added value for our community and addresses potential customer needs.
  • Collect new customer requirements and keep the sales database up to date. Create the best endtoend SaaS buyers' experience throughout the sales process.

To be successful at this position, we think you should:

  • Strongly be fluent in German and English in written and spoken form.
  • Excel at asking the right questions to understand a customer's needs and decision process quickly.
  • Have 23+ years of sales experience, ideally in the B2B SaaS area.
  • Have already worked with a CRM software such as Hubspot, Salesforce, ActiveCampaign or similar an experience in social selling (advanced LinkedIn user)
  • Be proactive and ambitious to grow personally and can resonate your energy with people around you.
  • Be passionate about the future of work and continuous learning at work, and you want to join us in building an exceptional team and company to have real impact in the HR space.
  • Bonus: You have previous experience in HR tech, and/or organizational development, people development or agility & digitalization.
