Customer Service Specialist -
Munich Based


€30,000 Per Year + Excellent Benefits, including;

We are currently recruiting for a highly regarded technology business, who have created a marketplace platform that conveniently connects people with trades people to handle everyday home to-do's, such as furniture assembly, handyman work, moving help, and much more.

Now acquired by the world's largest furniture retailer,, they currently operate in seven countries and are expanding their global reach rapidly.

About the Role.


The main focus of the role is to support the tradespeople who use it, ensuring they get the maximum benefit from the platform.

Activities could include;

  • Meeting regularly with tradespeople communities in your region virtually and in person to build long lasting and engaged relationships with users of the platform for example through workshops/meetandgreet events
  • Daily engagement and communication with tradespeople through online and offline channels such as calls, inapp communications and social media
  • Be a key contributor to the community while executing on agreed actions to support and engage tradespeople in the region
  • Closely monitor, understand, and report on the performance of key operational metrics, customer sentiment, and local market trends
  • Continuously seek to improve the trader experience by gathering and communicating tradespeople feedback
  • Be the face of the company to tradespeople in your region
You'll need strong communication and organisational skills, along with C1 level fluency in English and German for this role.

Whilst much of your work is likely to be done from home, you will need to be able to travel once a week into the city to meet people face to face as you help them get success on the platform.


The client are flexible as to your background for this role - for example, you may have worked in retail, hospitality, customer service, or have a background in supporting community groups and activities outside work.


What's most important is your desire to do the best to help people get the most that they can from this platform.

You'll need to have an engaging personality, and a 'can do' attitude to come up with ideas and solution that will make a difference.
