We offer you a great opportunity to get to know the most diverse aspects of strategic and integrated brand communication in a global environment.

For this you will complete a communicative training based on the training plan for volunteers at our headquarters in the heart of Munich.


  • You will complete your training in the Brand Communications team for Digital Transformation and Sustainability within the Brand department of Siemens AG
  • We provide you with practical and uptodate knowledge in all relevant communication disciplines, such as digital experience, brand management, social media management, content strategy, content marketing and storytelling.
  • In terms of 360degree communication, you should get as many impressions as possible. As part of your training, we offer you stations lasting several weeks in various areas of the corporate function and business units. Your training will be rounded off with selected specialist seminars on communication topics with renowned training providers and trainers (internal and external).
  • Your main tasks include the independent management of (sub)projects for Siemens Xcelerator and sustainability. Topic finding and research, conceptualstrategic work, development of new formats and event management. We are happy if you bring your own ideas and creativity to the table.

  • You have successfully completed your university degree (master's degree desirable), preferably with a focus on communication, media studies or business administration with focus on marketing
  • You also have initial experience proven by relevant internships
  • You have an understanding of and interest in technical, business connections and sustainability
  • You are interested in data analytics
  • You have first experiences in content production and editorial work
  • Ideally you are familiar with content management tools
  • Very good knowledge of English and intercultural skills, preferably acquired through a stay abroad, round off your profile
