The agile team around our Head of Product is growing to develop the next innovations for the entire metals industry.

For this, we need to deeply understand how our customers work today and how we can improve their work experience with our product.

If you enjoy translating complex processes into intuitive user flows and delightful user experiences, we would be happy to hear from you.

You can also work full remotely in this position.

Your mission

Together with our Senior Product Designer you will optimize our design processes and design system
You work closely with our developers and the product team throughout the whole product development lifecycle to ensure the delivery of the best possible user experience
You create mockups & prototypes to communicate and test user flows with different stakeholders
You enhance user journeys, track user experience metrics, and map the success of UX improvements
You facilitate Workshops for problem definition, scoping, solution exploration, and user testing

Your skillset

You bring 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design
You have a solid understanding of usercentered design (UCD), rapid prototyping, user research & testing, and the ability to translate this data into design
You are familiar with analytical tools such as Redash, Hotjar, etc.
You have expertise in standard UX software like Figma, Sketch, etc.
You are fluent in English (spoken and written), German skills are a plus
