To support our growth and take our products to the next level, we are seeking an experienced Senior Product Owner to join our dynamic team.

As a Senior Product Owner, you will play a crucial role in defining and implementing the product vision that directly contributes to business success.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop products that are both innovative and high-quality, addressing real customer needs.

You will be responsible for the product roadmap, requirements gathering, and product launch.

You will work closely with the development team to ensure that the product is built to specification and meets the needs of the customer.

How You'll Make an Impact

Engage with customers, prospects, and other stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements and translate this to the development team to create products that exceed customer expectations.
Develop and maintain the product roadmap in collaboration with stakeholders and development teams to ensure product goals are achieved.
Define user stories and acceptance criteria, prioritize the product backlog, and ensure maximization of customer value.
Lead sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives to promote continuous improvement of the team and product.
Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers to develop usercentered designs that enhance the user experience.
Conduct market analysis and competitive research to identify opportunities for product innovation.
Measure and analyze product performance indicators to make informed decisions about future product developments.
Conduct demos of new features and functionality for internal and external stakeholders.
Write and maintain documentation for the product.
Provide input into marketing and sales initiatives.
Analyze data and feedback to inform decision making.
Stay up to date on industry trends and competitor products.

What You Bring

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field.
Years of experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role.
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and processes (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe 6.0).
Exceptional analytical skills and experience working with data to inform decisionmaking.
Proven track record of leading products from conception to market.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
Strong project management skills.
Ability to understand software development processes and work out requirements.
Ability to manage, support and organize social media communities of software developers.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications

510 years of experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role, ideally in the Energy Sector.
MBA or other advanced degree.
Experience in SaaS or other subscriptionbased businesses.
Technical background or experience working closely with engineering /SW development teams.
Fair knowledge of project management software such as Atlassian (Jira).
Fluent English language (both oral and writing) is essential, German language preferable.

In SPD our SW products cover already today a wide range of different categories, and we see many opportunities for growth: Asset Performance Management, Energy Management, Asset Monitoring, Asset Health Prediction, Customer Portal & AI assisted Applications, Connectivity & Edge, Backend Core / Domain / Platform Services and Professional Services
