The mission of this position is to help Meetinghouse Facilities Department employees fulfill their responsibilities to maintain facilities used and owned by the Church.

This position is focused on learning and supporting the day-to-day maintenance and operation of our department's work order management system and related systems, as necessary.


  • Performs key analysis on systems (for example, Salesforce, Power Bi), processes and operations, along with making recommendations to the management team.
  • Identifies, gathers and analyzes data such that they understand data cleansing and manipulation.
  • Investigates and/or resolves data related inquires and system issues. Provides handson and realtime training for users of the systems.
  • Monitors system flows and data to ensure proper system functionality and data integrity.
  • Participates with product management in the testing and training of new features and functionality as they are released.
  • Develops and manages lowcode/nocode solutions identified and used in the area.
  • Provides key operational, quantitative and other analysis to other divisions and teams in the area.
  • Meets with others filling the same position throughout the world.
  • Strong commitment to the mission of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latterdays Saints (applicant must be a member with a valid Temple recommend).
  • Bachelor's Degree in information sciences, business or a related field and 3 to 5 years of work experience.
  • Excellent data analysis and research skills.

  • Learn quickly and listen effectively to understand problems, resolve issues and provide solutions.
  • Collaborate and clearly communicate between Area offices and Headquarters.
  • Meet expected timelines with little, to no followup
  • Be patient and understanding with those of other cultures and backgrounds.
  • Acquire indepth knowledge of department processes and operations.
  • Able to keep confidences and appropriately deal with sensitive data and documents.
  • Ability to acquire indepth knowledge of department processes and operations.
  • Proficient in the use of standard desktop software including Word, Access, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio.
  • Salesforce, Power Bi and Microsoft Power App experience strongly preferred.
