Are you up for the challenge? We're looking for a
Junior Customer Success Manager (f/m/d) - German speaking to join our team in Munich This job is a great opportunity for young professionals willing to take their next step in their career.


What You'll Be Up To:


As part of the customer success team, you will help customers onboard to the Apaleo platform, support them after go-live and enable them utilize our platform to the fullest.


You will take responsibility for the experiences our customers have with Apaleo and you will work closely with our business development and product teams, embodying the API-first and open platform vision.


  • You will share the Apaleo platform vision with our customers to help them innovate their hospitality business
  • You will coach our customers during the selfservice onboarding, as well as conduct interactive user trainings and workshops;
  • While answering customers' questions in our ticketing system, demonstrate your product knowledge to provide guidance and solutions and help enable the success of our customers;
  • Using your insights from tickets and onboardings, contribute to the creation of customer
- and internal-facing documentation for self-service.


Your skills:


  • You have worked in the hospitality industry or have a related career;
  • You are curious and eager to learn and you have a strong interest in technology;
  • You have sharp problemsolving skills and are ready to own challenges from start to resolution;
  • Selfmanagement and responsibility;
  • You are a native German speaker and poses full professional proficiency in English. French language skills are a plus;
  • You are attracted by excellence, not afraid to fail and want to move fast.
