POSITION:


We are looking for a
Cologne based
InternSales Steering (M/F/d) to reinvent the way we sell in a digitalized world, generate insights from sales data and take responsibility strategic projects (e.g., new product launches, market entries and sales concepts).


CHALLENGE:

- _Work closely with steering manager to conduct regular global sales reporting, develop standard KPI-dashboards and automate the report generation process _
- _Conduct analyses and derive business insights from extensive HRS global benchmark data to identify sales potential_
- _Assist global sales exchanges and collaboration with digital tools and central documentation_
- _Assist the development of new sales training processes with the latest tools and concepts _
- _organize team events using creative tools and concepts, fostering collaboration and creativity within the team_


FOR THIS EXCITING MISSION YOU ARE EQUIPPED WITH
:


  • Passionate about strategic thinking and working in a resultsoriented environment
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to derive insights from big data
  • Excellent MS Office skills, especially Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Flexibility to adapt to a fastpaced, challenging, but rewarding job
  • Ability to think 'outside the box' and find solutions to seemingly complex problems
  • Ability to work well in a team and inspire others to achieve results that exceed what was believed to be possible.
  • Fluency in English, both spoken and written

LOCATION, MOBILITY, INCENTIVE:


The attractive remuneration is in line with the market and, in addition to a fixed monthly salary, all necessary work equipment and mobility, will also include an annual or multi-year bonus.
