- Entwicklung von Bauteilen/Baugruppen konstruktiv begleiten und koordinieren
- Abstimmung (inhaltlich und zeitlich) mit den Fachbereichen und Fremdfirmen durchführen
- Termin-, funktions-, einbaugerechte Bereitstellung der Teile/Baugruppen unter Berücksichtigung wirtschaftlicher Aspekte sicherstellen
- Erstellung und Prüfung von Terminplänen sowie Kostenprüfung und Verfolgung auf Basis von Entwicklungs- und Forschungsaufträgen
- Auswertung von Versuchen und Umsetzung sowie Überwachung von Verbesserungen/Alternativen
- Konstruktion von Kunststoffspritzgussteilen
- Durchführung von Funktions- und Toleranzkettenanalyse bei Teilen/Baugruppen
- Abgeschlossenes Studium Mechatronik, Maschinenbau, Feinwerktechnik oder verwandte Fachrichtungen
- Erfahrung in der Auslegung und Konstruktion von Kunststoffspritzgussteilen mit hohen technischen und/oder optischen Anforderungen (für die Konsumgüterindustrie)
- Erfahrung mit Methoden zur Lösungsfindung bei mechanischen/mechatronischen Problemstellungen
- 3D-Konstruktion, vorzugsweise mit Solid Edge
- Sicherer Umgang in der Anwendung von GPS (Geometrische Produktspezifikation)
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office
- Selbstständige, strukturierte, analytische und zielgerichtete Arbeitsweise
- Zuverlässigkeit und Belastbarkeit
- Teamfähigkeit
- Gute Englischkenntnisse
