We make real what matters. This is your role.

  • You support our team in scouting and creating content on leadership topics for internal and external communication, e.g., on social media
  • You help our team in developing concepts for impact measurement and statistics
  • You develop suggestions for positioning and communication concepts and assist in the implementation of our marketing and design
  • You bring in your knowledge of technologies, AI, and learning tools for hybrid and blended learning formats
  • We also count on your creative support in the graphical preparation of learning content and presentations
  • You help us in the training rollout and in the organization of workshops as well as other projects

Use your skills to move the world forward.

  • You study in the field of economics, business informatics, information or communication sciences, marketing, pedagogy, psychology or similar studies
  • Ideally, you have deepened your knowledge in the field of people and executive development
  • Convince us with your organizational and communication skills, initiative, creativity, results orientation as well as accurate work
  • The handling of the MS Office package is a matter of course for you
  • You are fluent in the English language, both spoken and written
