As an HR and Talent Strategy Intern (M/F/d) at Consultport, you will gain a very broad experience on HR topics, Talent Strategy, and how to build a high-performance team.

You'll learn how to attract, retain, and develop top talent, develop employer branding campaigns, and how to develop a high-performance culture.

Tasks

Your mission

  • Employer Branding: Grow Consultport's employer brand by driving new initiatives, build an employer brand, strengthening relationships with our partners (recruiting sites, universities, etc) and serve as a company ambassador at events
  • High-

Performance Work Culture:

co-develop initiatives, guidelines and best-practices on how we can constantly improve a work environment that gets out the best of people, working in a hybrid work set-up.

Profile:


  • Graduated/about to graduate from a top university in HR, Business, Marketing or a similar field, with outstanding academic records
  • A passion for startups and fast pacedenvironment
  • Previous professional experience in a highperformance environment (consulting, sales or in startups)
  • Fluency in English is a must, German and French are nice to have
