YOUR ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Management Reporting and Presentations
Budgeting
Strategic and operational Performance Monitoring
Adhoc Analysis
Process Improvements
Stakeholder Management

Your Tasks:

Generate timely, accurate, and insightful management reports for senior leadership
Preparation and coordination of companywide budget planning
Monitoring financial KPIs and variances, identifying areas of concern or opportunities of improvement
Create and maintain financial models to support financial planning and operational business decisions, including investment analysis and profitability assessments.
Analysisdriven support for strategic projects in Controlling and beyond.
Reflecting on existing processes and drive continuous improvement measures

YOUR PROFILE:

Bachelor or Master's degree in Economics (focus Controlling) or a similar level of education
35 years of relevant experience in global Controlling / FP&A function of a multinational company
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with a proactive, solutionoriented attitude
IT savvy with excellent skills in MS Excel/Powerpoint
Preferably experience with Oracle Hyperion Financial Management and SAP
Good communication and presentation skills, fluent in English (verbally and in writing)
