The role - your passion

You will be the Scrum Master for an Agile software development team (later possibly for two teams)
You will work closely with our Senior Scrum Master, who can also be your mentor
You will help facilitate crossteam meetings such as the Sprint Review or the Scrum of Scrums
You keep a close eye on your team's health and take the lead in identifying impediments to your team's success, and working to resolve them
Together with your colleagues, you foster a culture of transparency, collaboration and continuous improvement

What you need to surf the wave with us

You have a passion for Agile software development and principles
You have experience working in teams practicing Scrum, perhaps as a developer or product owner
You are knowledgeable about Scrum, and confident of your ability to facilitate Scrum ceremonies
You help the scrum team focus on continuous improvement
You are fluent in English (spoken and written)
